Offering a garden, a terrace and free WiFi, Varaba Country House is a recently renovated guest house 8.2 km from Metropolitan Expo and 14 km from Vorres Museum. The property features garden views and is 15 km from McArthurGlen Athens and 16 km from MEC - Mediterranean Exhibition Center. The guest house also offers facilities for disabled guests. Was amazing to be in the countyside surrounded by the grape vines, fig and pistachio trees but the down side is that the house is only accessible by car or donkey. Otherwise the place and food were amazing. Definitely recommend, as long as you're not wanting to pop to the city centre! If you're not an animal lover this might not be for you, there are cats and dogs in the house!

The restaurant's terrace looks directly to the Acropolis. Like my staying at Electra palace overall. Kolonaki, a high-end area boasting a range of premium boutiques and modern cafes, is at approximately 1.5 km. Athens International Airport is at 36 km. The location of the property is within walking distance to most/if not all the attractions to see in the Athen's city centre. The room that we had booked was the "Deluxe with Balcony" and was perfect for 2 adults. The rooftop terrace was very nice to sit and relax a bottle of wine and to look at the Acropolis. Breakfast was more than enough to get you going in the morning. The staff were very friendly and warming, we truly appreciated their service.
