We arrived off season to be met by Yolanda who greeted us like old friends. She settled us in and gave us lots of information about the surrounding area and Island. Apartment was perhaps the most comfortable we have stayed in in our (so far) month of travel in Turkey and Greece. Apartment is very well appointed including a fully equipped kitchen which would be great for a longer stay. The couch was comfortable as were the soft furnishings on the floor . Big balcony with again comfortable seating and a table and a great view across the water to Turkey. We even had access to a washing machine . Yolanda and her husband are great hosts and went out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable.

The owners, Suzie and Dimitris were extremely helpful and informed regarding events happening at the island, places to visit, places to eat, etc. The breakfast was buffet style, with a wide availability of local products. Homemade jams, eggs to order any style, cakes and various baked goods. The garden was beautiful and having breakfast there was very enjoyable. The location was good, because it was near major roads to all the popular destinations. Kampos, where the property is located, is generally a quiet region with many old mansions restored for bed and breakfast use, like Mouzaliko.

Hotel has its own parking space which is enough for everyone. Rooms are super clean with well furnished equipment with an amazing view. Breakfast suprised us which we did not expect that perfect.

Located 50 metres from the seaside of Emporios in Chios and 370 metres from the volcanic Mavra Volia Beach, this family-run hotel features a large garden with a pool. This is a fabulous family run business in a quaint little fishing town. Facilities are excellent - rooms are spacious and spotless, the breakfast was great, the pool area is perfect. There are some great little tavernas in the area. The family can assist you to hire a car to explore the area. We loved it!

The hotel is in a quiet location. It is easy to access via car. Eleni is a very hospitable owner. She suggests restaurants and places to visit. She even helped us to make reservations for restaurants. We will definitely visit Topakas House later for a longer time.

Beach right infront of the hotel, with sun beds reserved for us as part of our stay.Food and drinks also available on demand. Breakfast buffet great with gluten free options.
