The staff at the hotel is service minded. The room was clean and it was facing the pool and city view.

We had a perfect vacation.

This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. It offers Cretan hospitality, modern furniture and facilities, air-conditioned and soundproof rooms and a limited capacity underground parking. The hotel was fully refurbished in 2021. The location was perfect, in the center and 3 min from the bus station.. the personnel were very kind and my room got cleaned everyday.. I really liked my stay in there ❤️❤️

Some rooms have either terraces or balconies. This was the best stay I have ever had in Irakleio. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a charming gentleman, informing us on all the details. When we got into our room, I was amazed that we had paid so little for so much. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect matress and pillows. Our friends had a room next to us, which was different, and equally beautiful. In the evening we walked to the centre which was so close. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended. On the 5th floor there is also a roof garden, also well designed where I could enjoy my cigarette, with a fabulous view. I wish I could have stayed and slept there for much much longer! I rested well in the large comfortable bed. Well done to Kastro. You are brilliant!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Meeting facilities and free WiFi Fiber in all areas are provided. The hotel is great! It's close to the old town and easy to walk to other places. The breakfast is delicious, with several options. The room is comfortable and was always clean. The staff is very nice, they booked a tour for us to go to the beach and lent us towels. Every day we had a free bottle of water in our fridge.

Yiota worked the front desk. We were informed there might be a ferry strike which meant we could not leave Crete and go to Santorini. She was amazing. She made calls to the port authority, numerous times, and helped us figure out alternatives. The strike did not happen but we would have been prepared without her.
