They offer a free taxi service to take you into town and back. Would recommend getting the breakfast included as there’s no where to eat near the hotel. Hotels food and drinks are very good. Staff are super friendly they bought out more deckchairs for us when it got busy by the pool. They also can arrange taxis for you to and from the airport for €26, if you’re coming here I wouldnt rent a car, its very hilly and you dont need one! But for the most part it’s very quiet, clean and looks just as good as the pictures.

In fact, it was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at in Crete. The location is excellent, with convenient parking facilities. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Speaking of the staff, a special thank you goes to Kiki. She consistently went above and beyond our expectations. Her fantastic French and her invaluable advice on the best beaches to visit in Chania made our trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was always spotless. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend Kydon Hotel to anyone visiting Crete.
