The hotel has a great location—not far from Balos Beach and the city. The rooms are spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom and a cosy balcony. It’s situated right by a beautiful, quiet beach, which made the stay even more relaxing. The pool and beach area are both very pleasant. Free parking is available close to the hotel, which was super convenient. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, it was good value for money as well.

Located in Heraklion's elegant district, this 5-star hotel offers 2 gourmet restaurants, a free wellness centre and a large freshwater pool. Luxurious rooms feature balconies with pool and city views.... The staff is outstanding - they even reached out to the Municipal Swimming Center to check conditions to go for a training there. This extra effort impressed us and we decided to go back to the hotel early next year. we appreciated the wonderful breakfast and that the unheated hotel pool was still open and clean in December.

This central Chania hotel is just 200 metres from the Old Town walls and the Venetian harbour. This is a centrally located Hotel on 1866 ('Taxi') Square. The Harbour and 'Old Town' are a just few minutes walk. I have been using the Arkardi for many years. It's main 'plus', apart from location, are the really helpful Reception staff. I will be back!!

Located in the centre of Chania, Kydon Hotel is opposite of the main market hall and just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and the Venetian Harbour. Perfect location. Room was clean.

Porto Veneziano Hotel enjoys a privileged location on the waterfront of Chania's Old Venetian harbour. It offers panoramic views and accommodation in a minimal navy design. Very nice hotel, with one of the best breakfast options with the possibility of ordering from the menu. Wide variety of coffee. The staff was very nice, helpful. Parking was available behind the hotel. The hotel had a central location in the port, access to the city centre and restaurants. The rooms were clean, we loved that we could blackout the windows. The windows blocked out the noise of nightlife perfectly. We wish we could have stayed in this hotel a bit longer.
