It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony overlooking the Cretan Sea and the town. The stay was perfect, the location and views were amazing, transportation to Old Town on daily base, with acceptable prices in the restaurant(It's better to reserve the restaurant in advance), but the most amazing was the Staff, good people, attentive and helpful(Special thanks to Nikolas and Katerina)

Perfect size room and very comfortable! The shower was amazing 😁 lots of power! Palladium Hotel is located at Platys Gyalos, a 5-minute walk from Psarou and Platys Gyalos Beaches, as well as just a breath away from the famous Nammos. It is a 5-star hotel featuring free WiFi in all areas, an outdoor and an indoor heated swimming pool, a lavish spa and fashion boutique. A state-of-the art fitness centre and sauna are also available. Location is great - very close to 2 nice beaches, which are walking distance, but hotel offers free shuttles any time on request which was very convenient. Breakfast is more like a dinner here with extreme level of variety of food, hot dishes, a lot of local specialties, fresh juices etc. - really great! Free daily supply of still water bottles in a room is a nice touch. Bus stop is in front of hotel and each 30 minutes you can get into town and back in 10 minutes for less than 2 eur (taxi will cost around 35 eur). Staff is incredible, you will always feel welcome and like at home. Pool area is also nice and views from hotel are amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!

For evening relaxation, the on-site Alley Bar serves exclusive cocktails just a few steps from the Poseidon, offering a stylish spot to unwind. Very clean. Good location few mins to city center and bus station. Pick up service is very good value. Breakfast is fantastic, various choice can try many greek desserts. Staff r friendly and helpful

Guests can take a dip at the Ilio Maris swimming pool and enjoy the lovely sunset view over the Aegean Sea. Cocktails are available at the pool bar and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Besides the location, rooms and pool, the staff made the difference to our trip! They were super helpful and fun! Thanks to Moises, Michael, Stavros, Anna Teresa and Konstantinos. Highly recommended!! :-)

From the warm welcome from Maria (with coffee and cake!), to the amazing location and beautiful garden. The room was great and impeccably clean. Maria also helped me a lot with plans and suggestions.
