With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. We forgot a bag on the boat with our passport and he helped us to get it back. He saved our life! He also made our room birthday proof. I turned 30 and there were flowers and a bottle of cava. Best host ever.

Surrounded by a garden with a stone-paved courtyard, it offers traditional accommodation with free Wi-Fi. everything was perfect- I cannot say enough good things about Yiannis and everyone there. Truly the greatest highlight of our trip to Greece.

The nearest swimming area is a 5-minute walk away. The views, room amenities, staff helpfulness are all pluses to the Hotel Hydra. When I chose the hotel, I knew it was up a long path with many stairs. However, the views at the hotel and the surrounding sights made the walk worth it. The signage is good so it is difficult to get lost. The area around the hotel has an historic mansion and the family home of a famous artist. Both were excellent and interesting visits.
