With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. It consists of elegantly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. We really enjoyed spending our vacation at nereids! It’s beautiful, with friendly staff and with a wonderful view of the city and harbor. It’s at the end of town so nice and quiet but still very close to centre and swimming.

Cotommatae Hydra 1810 is housed in a 19th century mansion, only 200 metres from Hydra Port and the seafront with several restaurants and bars. Surrounded by a garden with a stone-paved courtyard, it offers traditional accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Very nice place and staff were incredible.

Originally a wealthy sea captain’s mansion built in 1810, the Hotel Miranda is a fine example of characteristic local architecture. It is located 250 metres from the port and 500 metres from Ydra’s main beach. Location and the people who work there.

The traditionally built Hydroussa Hotel Hydra is located on Votsi Square, surrounded by lovely lemon trees. Due to its unique architecture, Hydroussa Hotel has been used in the past as a location for Hollywood films. Amazing team, amazing room, amazing property!

Just 200 metres from the scenic Hydra Port, the 5-star Hotel Leto Hydra offers elegant rooms, furnished as a traditional Hydriot mansion. A buffet breakfast enriched with local products is served daily. Free WiFi is provided. Breakfast was exceptional. So many choices and all delicious. Service was very good and the courtyard setting was lovely. Coffee was slightly weak but that’s just a personal preference.
