With respect to the local architecture, the stone-built Nereids Guesthouse enjoys views of the Saronic Gulf and Hydra Town from its furnished terraces. Great location, great price, very friendly host, nicely decorated room, nice view from the patio. Every thing was perfect.

Just 100 metres from Hydra Port, this renovated mansion provides a unique base in a peaceful setting with a charming courtyard and free wireless internet access. The staff was really nice and super friendly. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and of very good quality. The hotel is well placed- not far from the port and no stairs to reach it Overall, I would fully recommend Hydroussa!

Boasting magnificent views overlooking Hydra, the recently renovated Hotel Hydra is a turn-of-the-century building set in the heart of the island of Hydra. The views, room amenities, staff helpfulness are all pluses to the Hotel Hydra. When I chose the hotel, I knew it was up a long path with many stairs. However, the views at the hotel and the surrounding sights made the walk worth it. The signage is good so it is difficult to get lost. The area around the hotel has an historic mansion and the family home of a famous artist. Both were excellent and interesting visits.
