Located on the beachfront, in the centre of Kos Town, Kos Aktis is a luxurious, minimalist design hotel. It offers rooms with specially designed balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea and serves a sumptuous, certified Greek breakfast in the morning. The hotel is amazing with the best view from the island. The stuff are exceptional. And the restaurant food is absolutely delicious. They provide everything so it makes it very difficult to leave the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice staff and good food.

Fantastic Villa for two people, located on the hill top, with spectacular views towards the sea and the mountain. Blended with nature, tranquil, with a private pool. It is a complex of two villas with separate entrances and each with its own pool. Hi tech equipment, fast internet, luxury materials and furniture with refined design. Located in the centre of the island so with the car everything is easy to reach (4 minutes to the closest beach with the car; 10 minutes to Kos town centre). We enjoyed it to the maximum.

This boutique hotel is just outstanding. Immaculately maintained, perfectly positioned, stylishly designed and impeccably managed. Panos and his team including George, George and Marinos made us feel so incredibly welcome. I can’t fault this hotel, not at all. As an added bonus, George’s breakfasts are fabulous! (Don’t forget to reserve your table for dinner at the Panos owned Avli restaurant to experience George’s culinary skills at the opposite end of the day!) Thank you to the whole team for making our stay such a pleasure.
