I requested and was given a quieter room, which was very clean with good-sized bathroom/shower and a lovely balcony overlooking the Roman ruins. Wifi and AC worked well. Blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Staff were so helpful with bringing my bag up the stairs and giving advice for restaurants, public transport, directions -- anything you need, they help you! Convenient location for airport bus and tour departures from Aristotle Square, both a five minute walk away.
