The guy at the reception was so welcoming. He even gave us a really good room upgrade option which we gladly accepted. The room was facing the main street but it was so quiet. Also, you had the impression that they had a limited choice at the buffet breakfast, but, they also presented us with a menu of things you could order. The menu was rich and food was delicious. Greatly recommend the hotel.

A humble gem rigth next to St. Demetrius!

We liked the location, how clean the hotel is, the quality and quantity of breakfast and mostly the friendly staff. After a long trip from London to Thessaloniki with my daughter who is 8 months old, Akis who was the receptionist the night we arrived, welcomed us and was extremely helpful with proving us a cot, even if we didn't book it. We also met Froso during breakfast who was a lovely smiling lady.

On the ground floor you will find a British style lounge bar with fireplace and chesterfield sofas. The room was beyond all expectations. The view from the terrace was outstanding. The beds were very big and comfortable. Hotel staff were very polite and were always happy to answer all questions. Location is perfect as it is in the very heart of the city, it takes only five minutes on foot to get to Ladadika, Tsimiski street is also very close. All in all an experience that anyone coming to Thessaloniki must try.

They were always there for us.
