The Golden Star Hotel is a modern property situated on the beach of Peraia. It offers rooms with free WiFi and private balconies. The centre of Thessaloniki City is a 30-minute drive away. Hotel is located right at the beach. Room was nice and modern, with two balconies. Hotel has elevator. Food was delicious, with lots of variations. WiFi was excellent. Room was clean. Room cleaning was done every day and towels and sheets were changed every second day. There is a fridge in the room, with some drinks already inside. Hotel staff was nice. Beach in front of the hotel is sandy and clean. Umbrella and sunbeds are free of charge for hotel guests. On the beach you can get drinks and snacks from the hotel. There is a path to/from the beach directly from the stairs or elevator, avoiding the main hotel lobby. Returning from the beach, guests can use outside showers.

Electra Palace Thessaloniki is a 5-star flagship hotel in the heart of Thessaloniki, in the impressive Aristotelous Square. I liked everything about this hotel - very good service from the friendly staff, excellent location, lovely breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with a view towards the sea. I would love to go there again.
