We stayed in Stellaki house apartment without sea view. Very big, 2 cave like rooms (not much natural light), but it had rooftop terrace. Unique experience for sure. Nicely decorated with beautiful rugs. Excellent breakfast. You have to walk to another building, but it is not a problem.

Set in a mid-19th-century neoclassical house right opposite Kapodistrias Square, the boutique hotel Nafsimedon offers a small garden with palm trees overlooking Kolokotronis Park. Beautiful and beautifully kept. Staff were extremely helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely courtyard.

Beautifully restored Pension Dafni is located in Nafplio’s Old Town, underneath Palamidi Fortress, 200 metres from Arvanitia Beach. Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and the room and the balcony were wonderful

Occupying a traditional stone mansion with wonderful views of the surrounding area, Bacchus is a charming and luxurious pension 3 km from Ancient Olympia. A 10 is not enough to describe our experience in Bacchus. The inn has an amazing view (great sunset view too!) and a very cozy, rustic feel to it, aided by the basis on stone and wood. The room was spacious, spotless and fully outfitted with all the usual hotel equipment. All furniture and appliances were in great condition. The dining area is very pretty and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious all around. The restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. The pool is another highlight. It definitely is the cleanest one I've ever been to and is very beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they made us feel right at home from the very first second. I'll also have to praise Bacchus for being careful about conserving water and energy (e.g. 2 modes for flushing water, A/C goes on standby when windows are open). All in all, if you are in the area, this is the place to stay, no questions asked. We are already planning our next visit!

Former residence of a 19th century mayor of Nafplion, Ilion is situated in the centre of the Old Town, overlooking Syntagma Square. It features classical furnishings and rooms with different themes. A very comfortable hotel with a fun and funky decor and exceptional staff.

Hotel Europa Olympia is built on the top of Drouvas Hill in Ancient Olympia. Great location on the top of the hill. Close to the archaeological sites and town. Our room (304, which was a free upgrade) had gorgeous views of the courtyard and pool with the valley in the distance, absolutely stunning! The room had everything you could need. Breakfast and dinner both exceeded our expectations, and the service was great. We had no issues finding parking out front of the hotel. We would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone coming to the area
