What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and kindness of the staff, particularly the patriarch of the family. Their genuine hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was not only ample but also delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. It was evident that the hosts took great care in ensuring their guests were well-fed and satisfied. In terms of value for money, this accommodation surpassed expectations. The quality of service and amenities provided far exceeded what one would expect for the price paid. However, it's important to note that the route to the property poses a bit of a challenge. The roads leading to Makrinitsa from Volos have been damaged by the floods of 2023, making them potentially hazardous. I would strongly advise future visitors to seek guidance from local authorities regarding the safest route before embarking on their journey. Despite this inconvenience, I am already looking forward to returning to this charming retreat. The exceptional service, combined with the idyllic surroundings of Makrinitsa, make it a destination worth revisiting. Overall, my experience was truly memorable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the area.

Featuring a tastefully decorated bar with sofas and a fireplace, the traditionally-built Pilion Terra Hotel is located in Pilion, between Makrynitsa and Portaria Village. It has a room with billiards, an outdoor and an indoor children’s playground and a blossomed sun terrace. The view was amazing. Kind hosts. Great place to stay. Tasty breakfast. I loved it.

Lovely well restored traditional house packed with history and in a great location, with friendly and welcoming staff. Nice breakfasts too!

Stone-built Adis Oneirou is surrounded by a blooming garden in the village of Mouresi on Mount Pelion. It offers traditional rooms with a fireplace and views to the Aegean Sea and the lush countryside. Beautiful quiet place, with a lovely garden. The room is big, well designed and very comfortable with excellent sea view and balcony. The owners, Yula & Costas are very nice and kind. The breakfast Yula makes is remarkable, gourmet meal and very delicious. Highly recommended place to stay

The restaurant also features a terrace overlooking Agios Ioannis beach, Papa Nero beach and the mountains. A list of Greek cocktails made by Greek ingredients and a list of Greek beers can also be enjoyed at the bar. We had an amazing stay. The location is amazing, with an impressive view. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help you everytime! One of the most amazing staff we saw in Greece. We were impressed by the pool area. 😍 The restaurant of the hotel is the best in the area and the room was thoroughly cleaned everyday. We made good memories here thanks to this location!
