From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the ferry, taking us directly to the property, and even offering a ride back when we departed. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent recommendations for places to visit around the island that truly made our trip special. The property itself was in a fantastic location with a stunning view that we never got tired of. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the island. One of the best surprises was the fridge stocked with breakfast items, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing—such a thoughtful touch. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, which we really appreciated. And we can’t forget the delicious homemade cookies from the host’s wife—an absolute treat! Overall, this was a truly memorable stay and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Symi. It’s rare to find such a warm and accommodating host paired with a beautiful and well-located property. We’d definitely love to come back!

Breakfast was fantastic and so was the staff. The location is wonderful. While there are a number of beaches in the island, the hotel also provides subbeds in the beach 100 meters from the hotel, giving a great alternative. A great place to visit, no doubt.

Easy access to restaurants and everything within walking distance. Check in an out was very easy and the host very friendly and hospitable. Looking forward to another stay on my next visit to the island.

Its location, the rooms, cleanness is amazing. The owner Yannis is such a great man and was so helpful since the moment we arrived, we really appreciate him for his great suggestions and the help!! The place is in great location - walking distance to everything you need; to the boats, most trend restaurant, to the great ice cream location etc. You’ll get everything you need for a perfect stay in Symi, while you enjoy the perfect scene. We will definitely come back and wouldn’t consider staying somewhere else.

Centrally located in Symi Town, Iapetos Village is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden with palm trees and stone-paved courtyards. It offers traditional accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout. The location to the centre is top tier. I was able to walk almost everywhere. Beach in walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy.
