El Ethrion es un establecimiento de gestión familiar situado en una calle peatonal en una zona histórica, a 150 metros del puerto de Hermúpolis y la plaza principal. Amazing location and beautiful place. Very clean and friendly staff. I loved the porch lounging areas outside as well. The owner is so nice and friendly and I felt so welcomed upon my arrival. I got plenty of tips and nice history of syros. When I was checking out I thought my ferry to depart syros was delayed but the owner helped me check on some websites how to track it and saw that the ferry was actually on time. I panicked thinking I'd miss the boat so he graciously offered me a ride on the scooter with my large luggage to the port, no questions asked and I arrived just in time. I had a lovely time here and I will definitely be back.

This little gem is under new management and the new proprietors Konstantina and Harold are the heart of the undertaking. Their open friendliness and genuine passion about the place make all the difference. Always helpful with the best tips for the island and more. The breakfast with fresh and local produce with delicious baked goods by Harold was another highlight. Our room had a fantastic view taking in the whole bay and the comfortable bed was heaven after days of busy exploring. The little fishing town was one of the loveliest on the island, a very good base from where to venture out. A rooftop terrace for a sundowner and the beach across the street made it a very relaxed spot for a very comfortable stay indeed. We wish them all the luck for many more successful seasons to come!

El hotel tiene un ambiente súper relajante y tranquilo, a pasos de la playa Galissas, la más linda de Syros. Las instalaciones del hotel (habitación, piscina, restaurante) son impecables. El desayuno tambien es muy bueno y está muy bien ubicado cerca a tiendas y restaurantes, así como a 12 min del centro. El personal es muy servicial y amable.

El Hotel Ploes tiene una ubicación privilegiada, a escasos metros del centro de Ermúpoli. Ocupa una mansión catalogada de estilo neoclásico, construida a principios del siglo XIX. It was my preferred hotel in 2 months of travel trough out Europe. The place is beautiful, and tastefully decorated, the breakfast was really good and the bathing platform takes the entire staying to another level. The location is the best in Ermopoli. I ll be back.

La ubicación y las instalaciones perfectas. El personal muy amable y atento en todo momento, nos esperaron para hacer el check in más tarde cuando nuestro ferry se retraso, y al hacer el check out pudimos dejar las maletas allí hasta que nos fuéramos sin problema.
