Located in the very centre of Hvar, about 50 metres from the main square, Guesthouse Kampanel is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, fully refurbished in 2014. It offers brightly furnished studios and rooms, with free WiFi access available. Communication was good and we were met in front of the church and show the way to the accommodation. It was modern, clean and in a great location, only 1 minute walk to the square and with only a few steps. We would happily stay again.

Surrounded by a pine forest, it is a 10-minute walk from the old city centre and the port. Gorgeous views, great location, very clean, beautiful design, perfect outdoor areas to watch the sunset, included a beautiful buffet breakfast each morning with an egg station for delicious omelettes or eggs any way you want them.

Restaurant Lucullus serves a rich breakfast and dinners including the specialities of Hvar Island like goat with potatoes cooked in a brick oven or cheese with capers and olive oil. Natalija and her sister provide amazing service for us. My husband and me had amazing holiday there. Thanks again!

The location, the breakfast, the views, the staff. The team kindly upgraded our accommodations because we were on our honeymoon and truly made it an experience we will NEVER forget - once in a lifetime! Katia at the front desk is amazing. We spent 5 nights at Palace Elisabeth and we will be talking about it for the rest of our lives! Hope we can make it back someday.
