Nestled on a rock above the sea, Boutique & Design Hotel Navis - Small Luxury Hotels of the World offers an outdoor pool and a luxury interior. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and a private beach just few steps from the hotel, as well as the spa centre. The historic core of Opatija is 2.5 km away. The staff are exceptionally nice , the service is amazing. Rooms are clean, views are spectacular from the rooms. We wrote a comment after booking asking for a high floor room and our request was taken into consideration. The beach is really nice to swim in with plenty of space through a combination of beds and bean bags . Breakfast is also amazing with a combination of ordering from a breakfast menu along with an open buffet. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely come back again!

Enjoying a seafront position and offering a restaurant boasting sea views, Design Hotel Royal is located in the centre of Opatija, steps away from Angiolina Park. Its elegant rooms are decorated with design furniture and provide air conditioning and free WiFi. Everything was excellent from the staff calling a few weeks beforehand to see if there was a special occasion to the Prosecco on arrival as we had gotten married that day.

Built in 2013 and situated in front of a beach, the Bevanda Hotel & Restaurant - Unique Adriatic offers luxurious rooms with free Wi-Fi and spacious furnished terraces overlooking the sea. It comprises an on-site gourmet restaurant with a selection of over 600 wines and champagnes. buttermilk and orange juice at breakfeast was wonderful, the view and the facilities in the rooms were excellent. Located 900 metres from the centre of Lovran and just 20 metres from the nearest beach, Hotel Villa Astra is set in a quiet area, next to the 15-km long seaside promenade and consists of a main building and an annex. Buffet breakfast is available on site, as well as a Wellness Area. Free parking and free Wi-Fi are offered. A magnificent villa from the AUS-HUN monarchy overlooking a picturesque bay — you can literally jump into the crystal-clear, rocky sea right from the garden. The villa’s garden is beautiful, and the freshwater pool is heated. Breakfast exceeded all expectations. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. A truly relaxing atmosphere. You can walk to the center of the charming little town in about 15 minutes along a picturesque seaside promenade. When we arrived around 9:30 PM, the owner welcomed us with a glass of local pálinka on the terrace and sat down to chat with us about the villa and the surrounding area.

Built in 1909 by a Viennese entrepreneur Anton Urm, this hotel has hosted numerous aristocratic guests, including the Austrian-Hungarian emperor Franz Joseph. It was rebuilt almost 80 years later, with attention to its original design and preserving a romantic atmosphere. The views are amazing and the food is just superb - breakfast is unbelievable! Completely renovated in 2020 and housed in an Austro-Hungarian villa dating back to 1886, this 5-star hotel is situated amid a well-groomed St. Jacob Park in the centre of Opatija. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the property and the Slatina Beach is just 100 metres away. I'll confirm and repeat what the other guests have already shared so eloquently - this is a gorgeous, historic property, elegant and chic like Opatija itself. The fabulous location, clean and spacious rooms and fantastic food certainly offer a 5* experience. Still, what makes this lovely place stand out and come alive are the amazing girls - professional, helpful, friendly and incredibly charming! Situated in Lovran on the Opatija Riviera, Villa Vera is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. It has a glass-enclosed area with swimming pool and whirlpool, sun terrace and saunas.

All the air-conditioned rooms have private terraces at the sea side and there is free Wi-Fi available. Shuttle service can be provided upon request. You can also benefit from the safes in the rooms and the 24-hour room service. It was our second stay at "Hotel Vila Vera" and we can totally recommend this hotel! Everything you need - lift, private parking, clean and good maintained indoor swimming pool and very kind staff and owner. The hotel is situated in a park. It is very close to the beach and to many restaurants and the Old Town. All rooms have private terraces and sea side view. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The food and wine in the restaurant - fantastic! But the best about our stay was the owner, who very much cared about her guests. We were made to feel very welcome. We really felt at home. Thank you for the nice experience! We hope we'll stay here again!

Only 50 metres from the beach and the 12-km long seaside promenade, Villa Eugenia is located in the centre of the mediaeval Lovran, on the Opatija Riviera.

Built in 1910 in the Secessionist style, the villa consists of accommodation units with air conditioning, internet connection, a TV, minibar and a safe. A private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries is also provided in each unit. Some room types feature a balcony and sea view. Our stay was truly romantic, with an incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a generous and varied selection that exceeded our expectations. The terrace was an ideal spot for relaxation, creating the perfect ambiance. Additionally, the bathroom featured luxurious cosmetics from the Rituals brand, adding a thoughtful touch to the experience.

Milenij blends the spirit of the historic tradition with contemporary design and decorations. Rooms are air-conditioned and come with a satellite TV and a minibar. Modern-style bathrooms include a hairdryer and free toiletries. Glamorous hotel 50 meters away from the statue of Girl with a seagull. Staff was amazing, polite, but not pushy at any moment. Room modern and clean, view to die for.

Featuring a wellness & spa centre, the newly renovated Hotel Bellevue - Liburnia is housed in a beautiful Empire-style building, as one of the oldest hotel it is considered a local landmark. Ideally set along the main street facing the sea, it offers free Wi-Fi and an à-la-carte restaurant. Great location, staff helpful and friendly. Room was large & loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. Large selections for breakfast. Our room balcony was a lovely relaxing spot to enjoy the view.
