Instalado numa villa austro-húngara que remonta a 1886, este hotel de 5 estrelas está situado entre um St. O Parque Jacob no centro de Opatija. Everything was just wow! First of all, I really liked that the hotel is small and cozy. The staff is super attentive and just pleasant people you want to talk to. Breakfasts… that’s a whole other story — fantasy on the edge of a culinary fairy tale. Very tasty! 😋 The beach is literally two steps away. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own private beach, you can either lay out your stuff for free or rent sunbeds - 25 euros for two with an umbrella. And they’re so comfy that I seriously thought about buying one for home 😂 The bed is truly royal - both in length and height! I slept like a lion on a throne 😄 There’s also a nice park nearby - perfect for evening walks. I sat on a bench in the shade, opened a book, fresh air around, birds singing… Romantic! Just don’t forget mosquito spray to enjoy it fully. Definitely recommend! 🌟

Hotel Astoria in Opatija was built in 1904 in the elegant Austro-Hungarian style, and after renovation in 2024, combining modern design and traditional spirit, it is offering beautifully equipped air... Receptionist Dorotea was very friendly and helpful, the other receptionist whose name I don’t know was as well!The view from my room (apartment) was breathtaking, I could see the sea from the bed!
