Nestled on a rock above the sea, Boutique & Design Hotel Navis - Small Luxury Hotels of the World offers an outdoor pool and a luxury interior. The staff are exceptionally nice , the service is amazing. Rooms are clean, views are spectacular from the rooms. We wrote a comment after booking asking for a high floor room and our request was taken into consideration. The beach is really nice to swim in with plenty of space through a combination of beds and bean bags . Breakfast is also amazing with a combination of ordering from a breakfast menu along with an open buffet. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay and will definitely come back again!

Enjoying a seafront position and offering a restaurant boasting sea views, Design Hotel Royal is located in the centre of Opatija, steps away from Angiolina Park. Everything was excellent from the staff calling a few weeks beforehand to see if there was a special occasion to the Prosecco on arrival as we had gotten married that day.

Located 900 metres from the centre of Lovran and just 20 metres from the nearest beach, Hotel Villa Astra is set in a quiet area, next to the 15-km long seaside promenade and consists of a main... A magnificent villa from the AUS-HUN monarchy overlooking a picturesque bay — you can literally jump into the crystal-clear, rocky sea right from the garden. The villa’s garden is beautiful, and the freshwater pool is heated. Breakfast exceeded all expectations. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable. A truly relaxing atmosphere. You can walk to the center of the charming little town in about 15 minutes along a picturesque seaside promenade. When we arrived around 9:30 PM, the owner welcomed us with a glass of local pálinka on the terrace and sat down to chat with us about the villa and the surrounding area.

Completely renovated in 2020 and housed in an Austro-Hungarian villa dating back to 1886, this 5-star hotel is situated amid a well-groomed St. Jacob Park in the centre of Opatija. I'll confirm and repeat what the other guests have already shared so eloquently - this is a gorgeous, historic property, elegant and chic like Opatija itself. The fabulous location, clean and spacious rooms and fantastic food certainly offer a 5* experience. Still, what makes this lovely place stand out and come alive are the amazing girls - professional, helpful, friendly and incredibly charming! Situated in Lovran on the Opatija Riviera, Villa Vera is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. It has a glass-enclosed area with swimming pool and whirlpool, sun terrace and saunas. It was our second stay at "Hotel Vila Vera" and we can totally recommend this hotel! Everything you need - lift, private parking, clean and good maintained indoor swimming pool and very kind staff and owner. The hotel is situated in a park. It is very close to the beach and to many restaurants and the Old Town. All rooms have private terraces and sea side view. The breakfast was freshly prepared and very tasty. The food and wine in the restaurant - fantastic! But the best about our stay was the owner, who very much cared about her guests. We were made to feel very welcome. We really felt at home. Thank you for the nice experience! We hope we'll stay here again!

Only 50 metres from the beach and the 12-km long seaside promenade, Villa Eugenia is located in the centre of the mediaeval Lovran, on the Opatija Riviera. The hotel is nice, with a suitable location near the center of Lovren and close to Opatija. Both places offer nice seaside and street walks, restaurants and shops, with Lovren being a bit more authentic. The hotel is renovated with good facilities. The staff is very friendly and nice, ready to crack a joke or just chat. The mansard room was unexpectedly great, with blinds stretching over a large portion of the room and making it beautifully bright and sky open - great design. The view was stunning, covering both the entire Kvarner bay and the interior. The breakfast was excellent, offering one of the best choices of fruits, cheeses, breads, pastries, drinks, etc. with lots of vegetarian options.

Centrally situated in trendy Opatija, the luxury Hotel Milenij enjoys a seafront location on Lungo Mare promenade. Glamorous hotel 50 meters away from the statue of Girl with a seagull. Staff was amazing, polite, but not pushy at any moment. Room modern and clean, view to die for.

Great location, staff helpful and friendly. Room was large & loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. Large selections for breakfast. Our room balcony was a lovely relaxing spot to enjoy the view.
