The house and rooms were brand new, very well made, spacious and very comfortable. Also the location is awesome, there is a restaurant in the adjacent house, the food is great, as well as the breakfast next day and the staff is friendly. I usually do not give tens away easily but these guys deserve them.

Located in Grabovac, 8 km from Plitvička Jezera Lake, Four Seasons Guest House is surrounded by nature and offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Everything was perfect! The welcome was very warm and friendly. The owner gave us a tour of the house upon arrival: the spacious room with its private bathroom, the separate balcony where we could enjoy breakfast in the morning sun, and the shared kitchen which was very well equipped (including an Italian coffee maker and a large fridge). The room was large and pleasantly furnished, and the bathroom very comfortable. The shared kitchen was spotless. The balcony for breakfast was fabulous — sunny in the morning and sheltered from the wind. There is a large parking area right at the foot of the house. The accommodation is very calm, despite the proximity of the road.

We booked a room with a balcony and it was perfect. Beautiful house with a modern touch and nice bathroom. The surroundings were really nice. The owner was helpful with all the information. He helped us with the taxi booking whenever needed. Breakfast was awesome. Entrance 2 is extremely close by car. Information that is provided upon booking the space is accurate and helpful.
