The Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach are within an easy 15-min walk of the Zadar old town and a 15-min walk to the bus station. The room that we stayed in was newly renovated and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. The room was not a suite, but rather a good sized room. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Nina met us at check in and was helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions for restaurants. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

The property is located 200 metres from a sports centre and an indoor pool. The hosts were very friendly upon arrivel. Elvis gave us some good tourist tips. The parking lot is good and big. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bed is a bit soft (for me) but some might like it this way. Very very good cost benefit.

Located in the very heart of Zadar, Apartments Exclusive Center enjoys a quite location only 100 metres from the Roman Forum and St. Donatus Church. It offers bright, air-conditioned apartment decorated with stone wall elements. Free WiFi access is available. Property was good. Overall, it was clean, and well keep and furnished. Location was the best - it is at the northern most end of the old town main street and made going around the old town and watching sunset very convenient. There was coffee and tea and the bath room came with enough towels and nice toiletries. There was also a large dinning table where we ate breakfast. Check in with locked box. It was on the second floor of a building (no lift), up 2 flights of stairs - a little over 20 steps in all. The downstairs main door was secure with passcode.

The property overlooks the Roman Forum and is 1.5 km from the popular Kolovare Beach. It is right next to the roman forum, in the old city centre, it was amazing to be so close.

Great location next to the old town with a great view at the port. With a bit of luck you can find parking nearby; our car was parked just under our window. The walk to the old town is about 5 minutes across a pedestrian bridge. The apartment is unique and special, well equipped with a lot of kitchen utensils, lot of towels and so on. Wifi is strong and stable. Great value for money. Definitely recommended.
