The staff is the best part about the accommodation. They are so friendly and you are able to ask them anything. The rooms itself are spacious and clean. The bed is amazing. You are able to get coffee and mulled wine throughout the day which is a really nice touch. The hotel had an excellent location as everything is nearby, but it isn't too loud.

We really liked this hotel. The rooms are simple, like in a 3* hotel, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast is amazing. There was even sparkling wine with breakfast, which you could pour yourself! And this is in a 3* hotel! Maybe because it was the weekend? Or maybe it's always like that.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had in this category! Beautiful building, renovated beautifully and tastefully. Spacious, quiet room with everything you need for a city trip and a very comfy bed. Great location, literally in the heart of Budapest. Loved the breakfast with various options (also for veggies) as well as the sauna/gym area. Receptionist Gregory was exceptional! We had a great stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
