We stayed one night at this beautiful small hotel in the very heart of Szeged.
The hotel has the atmosphere of a Venetian/Austrian fin de siecle establishment upgraded with modern comfort, which we loved a lot.
The location can not be better: literally everything is at your doorstep: the magnificent Dom square with the Cathedral, the famous Virag Cafe, many of the best restaurants and Fish taverns, Szeged fashion street (Karasz u) and even a very well stocked SPAR supermarket are all within 3-4 min walk.
The hotel itself absolutely lived up to our expectations: not only the stylish design, but also the spacious and very comfortable rooms. The private balcony was a real treat.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful - the night reception made us feel really safe and taken care of.
We finished our brief stay with a hearty breakfast (included in the price), left our luggage at the cloak room and took a last walk in the city centre.
While enjoying a nice Ice cream cup at Cafe Virag we decided to come back for a longer trip and will definitely stay at Mozart again.
