The receptionist was kind and helped us arrange fast laundry service, which was so clean and fresh. The room service was so good! 10/10 would stay again!!

And breakfast was good (not incredible) The shuttle from and to the airport was really helpful and worked fine Our room was spacious and spotless. So clean! It ia definitely worth it to leave the airport and stay at this place. Your recovery will be amazing.

Located a 5-minute walk from Living World Mall, Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera offers a luxurious stay with an outdoor pool and a restaurant. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Although located next to a larger road, I couldn’t hear the cars at all. The breakfast was very focused around local food, which was delicious, but also a great variety of western goods like scrambled eggs, pancakes, maple syrup, etc. There was a decent pool and sufficient fitness center to keep you busy if you decide not to leave the hotel
