This hotel is absolutely perfect! It is suited in a beautiful natural nature, the rooms are gorgeous and very spacious, pool area is also very beautiful. Other than that, this hotel does a lot for sustainability so that was a big plus for us. The sustainability tour was amazing! It is very quiet, calm and perfect for a slow relaxed holiday.

We arrived using The Damai airport pick up driver therefore we were collected in a beautiful car with drinks and cold towels from the airport. The reception team were therefore expecting us at 1045pm and were able to check us in quickly and even arrange for some dinner to the dropped to the Villa.
The Damai itself is a paradisical place set in Lush Gardens with the most attentive staff one could ask for. The team go above and beyond to make sure everyone's stay in special including learning all guest names, dietary requirements, likes/dislikes etc.
The attention to details in the rooms/villa were excellent. We were staying in the Master Pool Villa (Umar Ratu) therefore we had the beautiful infinity pool from most of the promo shots one sees for this hotel. The decoration, the outdoor decking and pool were maintained multiple times per day so the place looks perfect 24/7.
Finally I would highlight the food at the Damai - each breakfast is a special occasion and the dinner menus/cocktail menus are outstanding (be willing to be pay a premium for such cooking if you can).
I believe this to be the best resort in Lovina and so do the locals down on Lovina beach !

From the arrival through the landscaped garden, through the beautifully open kitchen and the light-filled kitchen, the spacious rooms with extremely comfortable mattresses, the really spacious bathroom... impeccable breakfast service with punctual timings and very friendly service. A few minutes walk to the beach and tasty restaurants and shops.

Beautiful setting in the hills above Lovina, yet easy to get taken into Lovina by staff when needed. The breakfast is outstanding and so much of it that we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. The staff were so polite and attentive without being intrusive with some lovely touches such as a fruit snacks while at the pool. We ate by the pool each evening with a stunning setting that included fires burning and beautifully prepared food. It was so easy to just relax and enjoy everything.

The gardens and pool overlooking the ocean are absolutely gorgeous! The sunsets each night are so stunning and you have a prime view from the pool area. The food from the kitchen is delicious and well presented. We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The location; the environment - the gardens are beautiful; the designs of the villas; the restaurant setting by the poolside and sea; the staff are so helpful and warm and friendly - nothing is too much trouble for them; the spa treatments; the early morning boat trip; the pool and pool area; the beautiful, friendly tucan that lives there; Pretty much everything! We spent a truly wonderful, relaxing and rejuvenating two night at the Boreh and would love to return.
