The resort was tucked away from the busy tourist strip, which we loved. The resort has only eight villas, which made it quiet and very relaxing. The staff were all exceptionally lovely and friendly and we loved all the food, the amazing breakfasts and looked forward to afternoon tea everyday! We also enjoyed taking the bikes out for a ride along the beach. Everything was very comfortable and clean, including the pool which our 10-year-old particularly enjoyed. It was truly one of the best holidays we have had as a family in a long time so thank you so much for having us Klumpu. We look forward to visiting again!

Staff were excellent- friendly, helpful, professional. Always ready to help out and go out of their way to help us with our kids. Villa was lovely and spacious beds were comfy, private pool was great. Nice quiet location but easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. Also loves the free bike rentals and shuttle service. Also loved the pancakes for afternoon tea included in the room price.wpuld stay here again.

The staff were trained to work efficiently and minimise eye contact with you when sitting out by the poolside minimally dressed so we're very respectful. Always very helpful and polite. The food was very well presented and fresh produce.

Excellent and convenient location situated in main part of Sanur (i.e. within walking distance from most of popular destinations in the area such as Icon and various restaurants as well as adjacent to a shopping center). Duplex room was perfect for family of four with high ceiling, shower booth, nice interior and balcony. Very friendly staffs and excellent services. Very impressed overall.
