Spacious, clean, luxurious and comfortable. The staff really do cater to your every need from entrance drinks on arrival right through to your check out. During our trip we also stayed at the Kempinski “Balis number 1 resort” but we believe the Kempinski has a lot to learn from Goya and their service and facilities. Very luxurious space and the massage was just superb. Private pool - I went in April, it was perfect in the morning from 10 am till noon, very refreshing while the sun is out. When in doubt, there's always a smaller hot tub right next to the pool also outdoors which you can enjoy or get a warm dip Food - It's provided in my package and the selection is wide, it's nothing spectacular but we really enjoy having food right there when we want to spend a lot of time chilling in the resort Cleanliness - The property is squeaky clean (minor leaves and stuff but it's Ubud), and tastefully decorated.

There was a private swimming pool, though a bit small. There was also a dining area with a refrigerator, water kettle and water dispenser. The toilet was good and there was hot water. Our bed was comfortable. The villa isn't far away from Ubud Palace and attractions. We rented a scooter from the villa. Mr. Sumaba was very helpful throughout.
