While the hotel's proximity to the port was a bit of a walk, approximately 25 minutes on foot, the tranquility of the surroundings more than made up for it. The highlight of my mornings was the delicious breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The restaurant at the hotel was equally impressive, serving delectable cuisine. But what truly sets this place apart is the cool beachfront spot where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Overall, my stay was a delightful blend of relaxation and convenience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful yet accessible retreat.

Beautiful beach perfect to snorkeling. Flirky was very friendly and helpful with everything. He help my husband when he cut for accident his foot they have first aid at reception. Delicious food! And really nice bedroom, really clean and comfortable

The staff exceeded our expectations even surprising my boyfriend with a birthday decoration in the room, the birthday cake and all the Bale Sampan team chanting Happy Birthday to him. It was just incredible!

The hotel itself is located a short walk from the pier making it an easy walk on arrival & departure. Our room was very clean, had fast wifi, and we really enjoyed the quiet jungle garden overlooking the terrace. Highly recommended!

Airport shuttle service is available at an additional cost. The staff, the space, the atmosphere. Villa Nero has it all. You are just one bike ride away (and bikes are provided for free from the hotel) from great restaurants, the beach and the port. If you don't feel like going out, Villa Nero has you covered with their own delicious restaurant. The staff is what really won us over. No request was turned away and they were always available 24/7. They really made our honeymoon special!!

We had the best time here and highly recommend, we didnt want to leave Location was perfect as on the quieter side and a 3 second walk to the beach. We rented snorkels and there are so many turtles swimming around just outside. Still only 15min cycle into the madness (there’s only walking, bikes and horses for transport so it’s very safe to cycle). Staff were amazing and the rooms were lovely. We stayed in July suite - the shower is so cool.
