The Lobby and the surroundings were beautiful, especially the outside garden and the pool area, like an oase in an Urban jungle. The rooms are spacious. And the breakfast especially the outside patio was very pleasant. We enjoyed it every morning.

The property is well maintained. Room was superb cleaned and linen were fresh and clean. All the staff were amazing from front office to restaurant to housekeeping. Located 5 minutes’ walk from Sarinah shopping area, Artotel Jakarta - Thamrin operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Conveniently located for my needs, right across the road from a mall with several food options and store if I didn’t want to eat at the hotel itself. Every staff member that I encountered, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping, restaurant and rooftop bar, were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
