The buffets for breakfast and dinner were absolutely spectacular! Really liked the light under the bed. Good light blocking curtains. Spacious shower with great water and temp. Check in was easy and they gave us cookies! Liked the additional security around the property.

At the main entrance door Mr. MIFTAH is very professional and charming guy. Always greeting everyone with big smile and ready to help. He is your gem team member. Located 5 minutes’ walk from Sarinah shopping area, Artotel Jakarta - Thamrin operates a 24-hour front desk and provides free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Conveniently located for my needs, right across the road from a mall with several food options and store if I didn’t want to eat at the hotel itself. Every staff member that I encountered, from the front desk clerks to the housekeeping, restaurant and rooftop bar, were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Located strategically in Central Jakarta, Fraser Residence Menteng Jakarta offers an outdoor swimming pool as well as steam room and sauna facilities. The apartment was clean and quiet. We had the entire pool to ourselves (the hotel was not crowded). A very nice restaurant with good food is located on the ground floor. Everyone was nice and helpful. Monas in walking distance!
