Plus, having a supermarket right in front of the hotel made it incredibly convenient for any last-minute needs. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us warmly and were always ready to assist. When we mentioned that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling enough, they immediately addressed the issue, showing their dedication to guest satisfaction. Speaking of the room, it was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary amenity kits, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfect. Located in the heart of Central Jakarta by the famous Bundaran HI, Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta offers 5-star accommodation with sweeping views of the city’s skyline. The location was just behind Grand Indonesia. So that was nice. I managed to do my last minute shopping there without a hassle. At first, if you have the means, please upgrade your room with the view of Bulatan HI. It was exceptionally good. The room was spacious and super worth the money. Will stay here again if I come over to Jakarta again.
