Inspired by the styles of the colonial era, Hotel Tugu Malang is located in East Java. The hotel is sublime, clean and very quiet and the service is impeccable. We stayed there to get some rest after a scooter accident and all the staff were so caring with us. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa… we got so much kindness from everybody ! A very special thank you to Indri and her colleagues at the reception for all the help during our stay, whether it be to get the directions to the hospital, the pharmacy, to bring ice packs to our room or to organise the rest of our trip… They have been amazing. 🙏🏼❤️

I liked how the staff was attentive and friendly towards our needs. Huge kudos to the front desk reception staff. When it comes to the rooom, I enjoyed the comfy bed and size of the room--fit for a king! The location is also very strategic, located on top of a mall and close to almost everywhere in Surabaya.

Situated 5 minutes’ drive from Tunjungan Plaza Mall, Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya operates a 24-hour front desk with free WiFi accessible throughout the hotel. Good location, but I didnt walk far. There is indomarer just 2 min walk. We have to go to train station and it is only five min by car, and if you want to walk it will be only 15 min. The breakfast is good. The room is good and clean. We stay in ibis one night before and decided to move here. I am glad we did so. Staff are really nice. But there is one point in ‘waht didnt you like?’ section.

One of our favorite places during our 3 week holiday in Indonesia. The staff was super helpful and always there if you needed help (especially Tegar), the gardens look absolutely beautiful and the room itself is pretty good for the price. Also the Restaurant had an AMAZING choice of breakfast dishes and is a romantic place to have a dinner with really good food. Overall we enjoyed our time and would always come back 🙏

The villa are very large and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and very big and nicely decorated living room at the ground floor. Two bathrooms. The villas have 24 hour surveillance. Good breakfast with Indonesian and European options.

A 5-minute drive from Malang Town Square, Kertanegara Premium Guest house offers modern comfort in its air-conditioned rooms. The hotel has a restaurant and free parking spaces on site. The staff has been wonderful in catering to all our needs and always with a big smile. Our room was spacious and every day we got we got two waterbottles for free. The housekeeping department is amazing and that was very much appreciated. Near the hotel are an atm, supermarket and nice restaurants to visit, the and great tours to nature. Thank you for such a nice stay
