Inspired by the styles of the colonial era, Hotel Tugu Malang is located in East Java. The hotel is sublime, clean and very quiet and the service is impeccable. We stayed there to get some rest after a scooter accident and all the staff were so caring with us. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the spa… we got so much kindness from everybody ! A very special thank you to Indri and her colleagues at the reception for all the help during our stay, whether it be to get the directions to the hospital, the pharmacy, to bring ice packs to our room or to organise the rest of our trip… They have been amazing. 🙏🏼❤️

Offering direct access to Ciputra World Surabaya, Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya managed by Swiss-Belhotel International offers modern accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access... Room was very spacious and well-appointed. There is a huge bathtub and a separate shower. Very cosy. The breakfast spread was very good and the service staff are always very friendly. First impression by front desk staff, Alicia, already set the expectation of a wonderful stay.

It was allowed to book 1 room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids), but there was only one queen bed. Lovely staff helped to organize the second room for kids on the same floor. Nice view, comfortable beds, generous breakfast with a combination of traditional and European dishes. Kids enjoyed the pool and gym. The gym is not big, but enough for a workout with weights and some other equipment. Drinking water is on every floor.

Situated 5 minutes’ drive from Tunjungan Plaza Mall, Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya operates a 24-hour front desk with free WiFi accessible throughout the hotel. Employees were really kind and helpful in many different ways. They even packed our breakfast for us, because we went to Mount Bromo and we missed the whole breakfast time.

Situated 3.5 km from Malang Train Station, Ibis Styles Malang boasts a semi-outdoor pool and a restaurant. The room is clean..good water pressure in the bathroom..space in the room is quite limited but its ok for 2 person. The staff is friendly and the breakfast spread is good
