The staff is extremely helpful, they explained the entire island to us and places to visit and helped us create an itinerary for the days we spent at the hotel.

Bale Sampan Boutique Bungalows, situat pe plaja din Gili Trawangan oferă locuri pentru snorkelling și plaje frumoase. Very nice location, nothing was in the wrong place, we had every comfort. Moreover, staff were simply amazing, truly kind and helpful. We had help in renting bikes and in booking the boat back to Bali (inclusive of transfer to our next stop in our trip) for a very cheap price! Breakfast also was a nice touch, varied and delcious.

Luxury stay with professional service at very affordable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable set in nice gardens and pool. The breakfast was great, cooked fresh with plenty of options. Lots of services offered, scooter rental, airport connections etc were all at a good price. The staff and service is very professional.

Our stay at the villas was fantastic! We had booked one of the private villas with a pool, and it truly exceeded our expectations—it was wonderfully clean and incredibly spacious. A special mention to Alissa, the owner, whose helpfulness made our experience even more enjoyable.

Featuring a restaurant and an outdoor pool, Rinjani Lodge is situated 1 km away from Rinjani National Park and the traditional Sasak Village of Dusun Senari. The staff were amazing. We left our luggage at the property while we did a 3 day Rinjani Hike. We were tires, sore and dirty! it was so appreciated that our room was ready early and our luggage was already in there waiting for us!! Beautiful property, great views, love the food and drinks! I can't recommend this Lodge more
