The Hotel has a wonderful garden. There is a small pond with waterlilies and fish. There are also 2 goose. It's very idyllic. The poolarea is also very nice. The bed is comfortabel and de rooms are clean.

Their helpfulness was invaluable, especially since we don't speak Indonesian. Most of the staff members were fluent in English, making communication easy for our family. The breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and the clean and inviting atmosphere made the dining experience even more pleasant. The hotel's strategic location is a major plus. Their executive room is the best value in Medan and beyond. Breakfast is very rich, they have a business center too, not sure why the hotel is only 3-star, maybe due to it's relatively small size or the immediate surroundings (location is centric but outside street is a bit dusty and hectic). But the experience is 5 star, at least when staying in an executive room.
