Spacious room, clean, complimentary shampoo/body lotion/toothbrush, clean nice big towels, clean and big bed, work desk, big tv, AC working great, water dispensers in every hallway so you can always get water if you are thirsty. Very nice staff. Gym is ok, small but ok for a quick workout just to keep moving while on vacation/business trip. Breakfast is great, very big buffet, lots of choices, very nice people working there. Location is great, walk 10-15 minutes everywhere we liked or drove with Grab in 10 minutes everywhere else that was not walkable (malls, Malioboro street, etc.). Oh and great water pressure and hot water!!! Finally!!

We booked a king room with club lounge access, and this was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip as the staff ( Mel, Calvin, Lovas, and Jove ) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As I'm a vegetarian, I was concerned about the evening cocktail options. I need not have worried as they came up with specialised snacks for me every evening, all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We found the hotel's staff at breakfast to be considerate and friendly every morning, and there was a whole lot of vegetarian options each morning. The breakfast is amazing overall, and the setting,especially outdoors, is truly enjoyable. The property itself is worth exploring, beautifully designed with expansive gardens and traditional details. The gym is small but equipped with everything you need and everyone seemed to enjoy the swimming pools.

The cats, Meggie's hospitality, the staff peewee, Andi, and our driver rusdi (the other one) were great! Peewee's cooking was great, I loved not needing to think of what to eat. Andi was also helpful and kind. Rusdi was patient and really nice. They were all really great!

The staffs are so friendly and they helped us to prepare the breakfast box because we are going out at 3am for the sunrise. The buffet is also exceptional and super delicious! If I'm coming back to Yogyakarta, Artotel suites bianti will be my first option!

The en suite bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower, complete with fresh towels and free toiletries. Breakfast was exceptional, really elaborate and great selection. Room is outstanding even though I was next to a mosque I dont really hear the sound for call to prayer so it was good isolation. All things interior-wise were new and fresh so it was nice stay. Staff are all exceptionally friendly, fast response, extra mile and kind.

Pool was enjoyable, the gardens are set very well indeed. It is an oasis in the city desert. Reception staff were lovely, as we're the breakfast bar staff. Good selection of foods and tasty cinnamon buns every morning. The pizza was very good, and the guys preparing it are cool. It's low season currently, so in high season the pool would get very busy I think.
