We booked a king room with club lounge access, and this was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip as the staff ( Mel, Calvin, Lovas, and Jove ) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. As I'm a vegetarian, I was concerned about the evening cocktail options. I need not have worried as they came up with specialised snacks for me every evening, all delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We found the hotel's staff at breakfast to be considerate and friendly every morning, and there was a whole lot of vegetarian options each morning. The breakfast is amazing overall, and the setting,especially outdoors, is truly enjoyable. The property itself is worth exploring, beautifully designed with expansive gardens and traditional details. The gym is small but equipped with everything you need and everyone seemed to enjoy the swimming pools.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant upstairs is delicious — we had dinner there three times! We really enjoyed the swimming pool; it was so nice to relax by the pool at the end of the day after sightseeing

You are in a lush garden in the middle of the city. Everything is new, functional, and clean. Staff is very forthcoming. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and very delicious.
