The Waterfront Rest B&B is a beach-front property located on the peaceful Wild Atlantic Way in the heart of Connemara. Rooms overlook the beautiful water and free WiFi is available in public areas. We loved our short stay, the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed sitting on their lawn enjoying the sunset watching the dolphins in the bay. An exception place to stay.

On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. Pub is quaint, friendly and cozy. Breakfast was full service along with self service typical breaky fare.

Set in beautiful gardens in the heart of Connemara, the romantic Abbeyglen Castle Hotel has tennis courts, a spa bath and stunning views of Clifden and the Twelve Bens mountains. Abbeyglen was not just a hotel but indeed an experience which we loved and which we hope to create again.

Buttermilk Lodge offers self-catering apartments 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, you can just park your car and easily walk to town. The B&B was a little apartment, equipped with absolutely everything needed for a short stay. It was perfectly organized, a fresh brown bread and a fruit cake made by the owner was a nice surprise on arrival. Very good location, you can walk to the town, at the same time local attractions like Sky Road Loop or Kylemore Abbey are easy to reach by car. Absolutely perfect place for a stay.

The Alcock and Brown hotel in Clifden is a central and cosy hotel offering a dedicated welcoming service in a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are lovely Staff were lovely
