The hotel was beautiful in an awesome location. The room was spotless, and breakfast was phenomenal. I was shocked that a breakfast this wonderful was included with the stay! We also had dinner in the restaurant and the mussels were the best I’ve ever had.

Buttermilk Lodge offers self-catering apartments 5 minutes' walk from Clifden town centre, you can just park your car and easily walk to town. We had a spacious, fully equipped apartment at our disposal. Upon arrival, a very kind lady welcomed us and showed us around, recommending nearby attractions. In the apartment, we had refreshments prepared for the first day, as well as umbrellas and other thoughtful touches that were a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of parking spaces available at the accommodation.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Roundstone House Hotel in Galway! Everything was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, very nice and really warm. Also thank you for the birthday surprise—it really made day extra special. The food was also fantastic—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Every meal was a treat, and the cozy setting made dining even more enjoyable. Honestly, everything was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing getaway in Roundstone, Co.Galway.
