This is quite possibly one of the loveliest places we have ever stayed in all of our travels. It is beautiful space—well decorated and spotless—and our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are delicious and generous. We would be delighted if we could return and stay again.

Set amidst 170 acres of parkland, Lyrath Estate Kilkenny is located on the outskirts of Kilkenny City. Absolutely beautiful hotel and surroundings. The staff were all lovely and the breakfast was excellent (and in a beautiful setting overlooking the grounds). The spa is small but very nice, the indoor/outdoor pool is unlike anything I have seen before and we absolutely loved it. Can't recommend the Lyrath enough and can't wait to go back again hopefully!

They gave us good tips for our trip. The breakfast was lovely and very well organised. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good!

The Hotel offers an excellent welcome. Staff is professional and very king. Facilities are adequate. Breakfast is really nice . Location is very convenient without a shadow of a doubt.
