Located at the foot of the Cooley Mountains, Riverside Lodge offers free on-site parking and is just 10 minutes’ drive from the medieval town of Carlingford. We had an amazing stay! Our hosts we're very welcoming. Due to a car problem, we thought we needed to shorten our stay and the host was very helpful with trying to get a bokking in place for ours, but luckily, our rental got exchanged and fixed up so we could enjoy our 2 day stay at last. The breakfast options were great, and the offer of fresh fruit was far more than in any place else we've been on our trip to. Great full Irish breakfast, also veggie option, and actually some other guests had distinct requests which were taken care of too. The bed was amazing, and the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, actually prepped with all sorts of thoughtful things! We really did enjoy our stay and took the recommendations to visit some beaches nearby, literally 5min drive away. Would definitely visit again! Thanks alot. We had a splendid end of our Ireland trip.

Wendy (the host) was lovely, very professional and took a genuine interest in us as guests. Room was very comfortable and homely. The breakfast was incredible - the food was freshly made, including homemade jams and fruit! Location was great and easy walk to town.

What a delightful little B&B in a charming Irish city! I was shocked at how large my room was. Not what I expected in an older building in Europe. Flynns of Termonfeckin Boutique Hotel is located on the banks of the Ballywater River and is a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute drive from Drogheda. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and I like the interior of the hotel (especially dining room).

Originally built in 1867, this charming town house has been tastefully renovated in a modern style, whilst retaining its historic charm, with stained glass windows and high coved ceilings. had everything I wanted. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
