Food in the hotel was absolutely delicious and great atmosphere in the bar.

Built in 1883 and located on an oak-lined avenue, Tinakilly House is a 4-star Victorian mansion set in 7 acres of landscaped gardens with stunning views overlooking the Irish sea. Tinakilly Hotel offers traditional bedrooms with satellite TV, bathrobes and tea/coffee. We absolutely loved our stay at Tinakilly Country House. After over 35hrs travelling it was a welcome sight, the lady at check-in was so lovely, the room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable I think we slept for 11 hours The shower was great and breakfast was delicious. They even catered for me being Coeliac In all we highly recommend staying at Tinkakilly if you are in Ireland

Free WiFi is available throughout. Hard to single out a particular thing as our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The smell of burning wood from the open fire in the reception lounge. The outdoors hot tub is so enjoyable. Everything in the spa is spotless and very well maintained (swimming pools, sauna, steam room) and comfortable. We did not opt for the fine dining restaurant but enjoyed tasty light food in the confortable bar-lounge.
