We've been here twice already and will be returning again next year. The staff is amazing and very very friendly - our little daughter loved interacting with the ladies at the reception and really enjoyed the Easter egg hunt they organized for her. The location is perfect, our room was spacious and quite cozy + the building has a significant historical and architectural value. The breakfast menu was very well structured - I'd definitely recommend the eggs Benedict! All in all - we'd recommend the place to anyone who's willing to get the most of their stay in Kilkenny!

Check-in was incredibly easy and quick. The receptionists and breakfast staff were very kind and helpful. There is a little library to pick up a book to read during your stay and then leave it behind again before you leave, which was a really nice touch! I got upgraded to a more spacious room than I had booked, which was a lovely surprise. I also had the option of adding breakfast to only my last morning, so that was perfect for me and great that they can be so flexible for those with room only reservations.

The 4* Mespil Hotel is located in the city centre alongside the Grand Canal & within walking distance to St. Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street, Aviva Stadium and the Ballsbridge area. The interior of the hotel is immaculate. What more can you have?

In the heart of Dublin's Ballsbridge district, Waterloo Townhouse & Suites, a luxurious and opulent Georgian property located in the heart of Dublin’s prestigious Ballsbridge neighbourhood, has... The Georgian style house was absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. The room itself was compact but the bathroom was spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was splendid. We enjoyed following the recommendation provided in the room for where to eat and what to see in the area. We will absolutely return on a future trip to Dublin.

Wonderful interior, well renovated charming old building. Rooms were clean and quite big for City Center location. Staff was very nice. We appreciated the free parking as we were with the rental car. Location was walking distance to all the main attractions, but still quiet and beautiful neighbourhood.
