The staff was very helpful and friendly. Amazing service. Especially the night manager Alona. She went above and beyond her duties. She really cared that we were happy and enjoying ourselves. I’ve traveled extensively in Israel and went to 5 star hotels and didn’t get this kind of service. A wonderful bonus is that the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Rooms very clean and the food was phenomenal. The hotel is 18 and older which makes such a difference. It was so peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and I will def be going back. Featuring an outdoor pool and air conditioning, HI - Massada Hostel lies at the foot of the Massada plateau on the eastern edge of the Judaean Desert. Location location location. Close to ein gedi and the dead sea. Close to Eilat as well as Jerusalem. About an hour and a half for each. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The pool was fun. Staff was great.
