Very good location in the Artists Quarter of Safed. Wonderfully sized room with great airco. The roof deck and the courtyard are both gorgeous. The place is truly like a secret garden. Everything was extraordinary, the architectural design was that of a perfectionist. Every detail of our stay was perfect. The hospitality of the staff was nothing short of incredible.

Great food, very helpful staff, beautiful grounds and furnishings. I particularly enjoyed the 25 meter indoor pool, which is cool enough for lap swimming (a chronic problem with hotel pools).

The owner called us prior to our stay to ask us when we were planning to get there, and made sure to warm up the room for us so it was nice and warm when we got there. Just felt like coming home. When we arrived, she asked for our preferences for breakfast, and we had one of the best breakfasts ever, with all fresh and homemade food. Wow! Also, the family that owns and runs the hotel are super special and warm people, with a bunch of interesting stories! We loved it❤️ Highly recommend 👌

The host Michel is very welcoming and kind. Such a wonderful stay that we extended another night. You cannot go wrong with Michel house and Alexandra house—both owned and operated by the same family. Highly highly recommend!
