The stuff is the nicest and most supportive you can imagine. We stranded at Stay Jaffa in the war situation after Sukkot 2023 and it was no question for the stuff to help as immediately and without any hesitation. So, we had a save haven until our leave could be managed The location is unbeatable between the modern and the old Jerusalem right at Jaffa Street. I loved everything! The room was comfortable, clean and nice and the staff was great and helpful! The breakfast was amazing. Everything was exceptional! All facilities are one step away, e.g. shops, market, transportation etc. The microwave in the room was the best thing I got to warm up our food without going out in such a cold and rainy day. A clean toilet, comfortable bed, dining table, and the Netflix connection made my stay wonderful in such an affordable price as compared to other hotels in the city.
