The stuff is the nicest and most supportive you can imagine. We stranded at Stay Jaffa in the war situation after Sukkot 2023 and it was no question for the stuff to help as immediately and without any hesitation. So, we had a save haven until our leave could be managed The location is unbeatable between the modern and the old Jerusalem right at Jaffa Street. Service, house keeping, equipment, nice balcony.. all perfect. Thank you so much! We would give you a visit any time again.

Set just 450 metres from the Damascus Gate, Jerusalem Hotel is an elegant 19th-century Arabic mansion. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a garden, bar and restaurant. What a treasure! We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again if we return to Jerusalem. The thing that impressed us the most was the friendly, professional and careful service. We were welcomed with warm hospitality. Someone went with my husband to park our car in a nearby lot. The rooms were fabulous-- stone walls and antique furniture. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom had nice shampoo, lotion etc and a powerful, hot shower. We enjoyed a delicious traditional dinner in the restaurant and generous breakfast the following morning. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Garden Tomb and the old city of Jerusalem (Damascus gate). We were a group of 6 people (3 rooms) and everyone was fully satisfied!

The HaShimi Hotel is located in the heart of the Old City of Jerusalem. It boasts a beautiful roof top terrace with magnificent views over the city, and an elegantly landscaped garden. We have a very nice experience in this hotel. Mr. Amed was doing the best effort to fix my error when I made my reservation. I can say that he handled extremely good and he can find our family accommodation the same day we arrive. And also he told me "you will pay the same" He saw our problem and he feel it. The Hotel was a perfect spot to stay. Close to everything in Jerusalem. The terrace is the best in town. Also you can have coffee and tea 24 hours.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a lovely, lush garden in between the stone buildings of the estate. Ample free parking was available on site. The service was superb, all staff were helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and there was a selection of vegan items available upon request. Complimentary beverages and water bottles were stocked daily in the room, and having a Nespresso coffee machine complete with capsules in the room was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the approaching Christmas holiday and the festive atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed drinks at the bar, which is comfortable and cozy, lovely for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.

Located 100 metres from the Zion Square in Jerusalem, Eyal Hotel is opened in 2014 and offers modernly furnished accommodation with free WiFi access. The Great Synagogue is 600 metres away. The hotel manager, Jameel was excellent. He made our stay absolutely wonderful. All the hotel staff we encountered were 1st class. Rooms were exactly as advertised which was really refreshing. Rooms were serviced daily by great housekeeping staff.A fantastic hotel ideally situated in downtown Jerusalem. Their breakfasts were superb and well presented. What a wonderful experience.
