We opted for a suite, it was excellent. Lots of space, nicely furnished, very comfy. A unique place. The breakfast was great. Classic Israeli with salad, eggs and the lot. Freshly prepared for each family or group. A wonderful host who gave valuable advice concerning our planned hike and - on request - food places to visit.

The hotel is absolutely amazing! The building and its architecture are just WOW, and being right in the center of the city makes everything so easy and comfortable. The lobby in the evening is simply magical, you really feel like royalty there. From the very first moment, the staff at the entrance were so friendly and welcoming, and during our whole stay everyone was super helpful. A special thanks to Ayelet, the main manager, who made our vacation unforgettable with her kindness and hospitality. Breakfasts were fantastic — there was something for everyone, and the cheese table was a real highlight. We also caught some live music performances at the hotel, which created such a nice atmosphere in the evenings. We left with the best impressions, and it truly made our trip unforgettable.

Herods Eilat is the best! We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. Chilled and clean with a great desert view and a large private balcony. David, the manager, was delightful,+ and could not have been more helpful. A lovely place right in the edge of town.

I'm very grateful for Vera,, or vara (from reservations) I hope I'm pronouncing it right haha! The place was very great clean with an elevator, alot of privacy and a great price. And as I said the costumer service is amazing and defenitely good emplyees :)
